The Learning Management System (LMS) has been designed to take forward the implementation of the Capacity Enhancement Plan (CEP), framed by the Department of Economic Affairs (DEA) in collaboration with the Capacity Building Commission.
CEP aims to bridge capacity gaps and drive infrastructure-focused learnings for officials in central ministries, state governments, and their infra-agencies through different learning modes (offline, online, or hybrid training modes). The LMS will facilitate an enhanced learning environment for officials through self-paced learning and certification offerings in partnership with premier institutes, professional bodies, and organizations.
